Dr.Lyn Jones was very welcoming with a reassuringly firm handshake and lovely smile which completely put me at ease.
She explained exactly what could and couldn't be achieved which meant I had no false expectations and ultimately this has meant I am very happy with the end result.
I looked her up on the Internet and I chose her because of her qualifications and experience.
She has a lovely manner and gentle touch. I do not think she needs to change anything!

Dr Jones carried out laser treatment of varicose veins in both my legs. She made me feel completely at ease and took the time to explain the procedure, the advantages and the possible side effects. After my initial consultation I felt I had complete confidence in her, both in terms of her clinical competence with regard to the actual procedure but also her understanding of my medical history.
During the procedure Dr Jones explained exactly what she was doing and I felt very relaxed in what could have been a potentially anxiety provoking situation. I would have no hesitation in recommending her to my friends and family who might suffer the debilitating effects of varicose veins

I had an EVLA followed by Foam Sclerotherapy. On both occasions Dr Lyn was very friendly and welcoming and put me at my ease. She explained what was going on and what to expect from the treatment. Most of the symptoms improved fairly soon after the treatment. 3 months after the first session I still have some lumps, bumps and occasion pains and things are improving slowly cosmetically

Wonderful personality and manner, making you feel completely at ease from the beginning. It may seem odd to say, given the need to have the procedure, that I very much enjoyed the whole experience. Dr Jones is a remarkable, warm, caring person and a credit to the medical professional, epitomising all that's best in medicine.
